Podmínky festivalu
1. Pojmy
ConceptsAutor – Autorem díla se rozumí režisér nebo producent. Pouze autor díla (režisér / producent) může pod svým jménem registrovat film do soutěže.
Author – The author of a work means the director or producer. Only the author of the work (director/producer) may register a film under his/her name for the Competition.
2. Povinnosti autorů a požadavky na filmy
Obligations of authors and requirements for films- Věk a region: Soutěž je určena pro tvůrce ve věku 15–30 let. Přihlášení filmu z České republiky je zdarma. Přihlášení filmu ze zahraničí je zpoplatněno dle aktuálního ceníku na portálu FilmFreeway.
- Jeden autor smí na své jméno přihlásit v jednom ročníku maximálně 3 filmy.
- Téma filmů není nijak omezeno.
- Technické požadavky: Filmy musí být dodány v běžném formátu (např. MP4, MOV, kodek H.264) a minimálním rozlišení Full HD (1920×1080).
- Titulky: Všechny filmy (včetně českých) musí obsahovat anglické titulky (vložené v obraze nebo jako externí .srt soubor), pokud není dohodnuto jinak.
- Na festivalu nebude promítán film obsahující samoúčelně vulgární či pornografické záběry, které by zásadně omezovaly veřejnou přístupnost.
- Autor přihlášením díla závazně prohlašuje, že je oprávněným nositelem všech práv k filmu (včetně hudby, scénáře a výkonů herců) a že udělením souhlasu s projekcí neporušuje práva třetích osob.
- Realizační tým festivalu si vyhrazuje právo nepřijmout do soutěže film, který neodpovídá stanoveným podmínkám.
- Age and Region: The competition is open to filmmakers aged 15–30. Submissions from the Czech Republic are free. International submissions are subject to a fee according to the current rates on FilmFreeway.
- One author may enter a maximum of 3 films in his/her name per year.
- The topic of the films is not limited.
- Technical requirements: Films must be submitted in a standard format (e.g. MP4, MOV, H.264 codec) with a minimum resolution of Full HD (1920×1080).
- Subtitles: All films must include English subtitles (hardcoded or external .srt), unless agreed otherwise.
- No film containing gratuitously vulgar or pornographic footage that would restrict public screening access will be accepted.
- By submitting the work, the author explicitly declares that they hold all rights to the film (including music, script, and acting performances) and that screening the film does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
- The festival’s production team reserves the right not to accept a film into the competition that does not comply with the established conditions.
3. Práva a povinnosti FOFRu
Rights and obligations of FOFRAutoři díla poskytují pořadatelům festivalu FOFR právo k veřejné produkci přihlášeného díla v rámci festivalu. Také poskytují právo využít části díla (video i audio stopu) k vytvoření a veřejné projekci audiovizuálního díla a to za účelem propagace festivalu (video upoutávka a sestřih nominovaných filmů).
Autor přihlášením díla automaticky uděluje souhlas se zveřejněním traileru na oficiálním YouTube kanálu festivalu za účelem propagace filmu i samotného festivalu.
Organizátoři mají právo používat fotografie, plakáty, screenshoty a jiné materiály zaslané k přihlášce v rámci propagace festivalu na všech online i tištěných materiálech.
Přihlášením filmu na festival FOFR souhlasí autor s festivalovými podmínkami.
Organizátoři se zavazují nevyužít žádné z přihlášených děl ke komerčním účelům – např. k prodeji díla, pokud se organizátoři písemně nedohodnou jinak s autorem filmu. Tato povinnost se nevztahuje na veřejnou projekci v rámci festivalu a případných ozvěn festivalu.
The authors of the work grant the FOFR organisers the right to publicly produce the submitted work within the festival. They also grant the right to use parts of the work (video and audio track) to create and publicly screen the audiovisual work for the purpose of promoting the festival (video trailer and cut of the nominated films).
By submitting the work, the author automatically grants permission to publish the trailer on the festival’s official YouTube channel for the purpose of promoting both the film and the festival itself.
The organisers have the right to use the photographs, posters, screenshots and other materials submitted with the application to promote the festival on all online and printed materials.
By submitting a film to FOFR, the filmmaker agrees to the festival terms and conditions.
The organisers undertake not to use any of the entries for commercial purposes – e.g. to sell the work, unless the organisers agree otherwise in written form with the filmmaker. This obligation does not apply to the public screening within the festival and any echoes of the festival.
4. Ochrana osobních údajů
Personal Data ProtectionOsobní údaje poskytnuté při registraci jsou zpracovávány v souladu s Nařízením Evropského parlamentu a Rady (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Správcem údajů je spolek organizující festival FOFR. Údaje (jméno, e-mail, telefon) jsou uchovávány pouze za účelem organizace festivalu, komunikace s autory a archivace historie ročníků.
Údaje nejsou poskytovány třetím stranám s výjimkou partnerů nezbytných pro zajištění projekce (např. kina), a to pouze v nezbytném rozsahu.
Autor má právo kdykoliv požádat o výmaz svých údajů z databáze zasláním e-mailu na [email protected], pokud to nebrání zákonným povinnostem organizátora.
Personal data provided during registration is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The data controller is the association organizing the FOFR festival. Data (name, email, phone) is stored solely for the purpose of organizing the festival, communicating with authors, and archiving festival history.
Data is not shared with third parties, except for partners necessary for ensuring screenings (e.g., cinemas), and only to the necessary extent.
The author has the right to request the deletion of their data from the database at any time by emailing [email protected], provided this does not conflict with the organizer’s legal obligations.
